Casing the Designer with the #AWoW Blog Hop

Hola und willkommen!

Für den heutigen Blog-Hop „cas (e) ing“ wir eines der Mitglieder dieser Blog-Hop-Community. Ich denke, es ist eine wundervolle Idee und ich freue mich auf jeden Fall darauf, alle Projekte zu sehen. Unsere „ca (e) sing-Personen“ wurden aus einem zuvor gezogenen Los ausgewählt. Jeder von uns wird jemand „cas(e)n“ und wir werden auch selbst „gecas(e)t“ !!

For today’s blog hop we are „cas(e)ing“ one of the members of this blog hop community. I think it is a wonderful idea and I am definitely looking forward to see all the projects. Our „ca(e)sing subjects“ were chosen from a random drawn beforehand. Everyone of us gets the chance to case and be cased as well. So cool!!

Was? Cas (e) ing? Ja, dies bedeutet, dass wir kopieren, was andere tun. Wir können genau das gleiche kopieren oder einige kleine Änderungen vornehmen, oder wir können einfach die Farbkombination, die Technik, das Layout oder das Konzept kopieren. Es ist eine großartige Möglichkeit, Inspiration zu finden, wenn uns die Ideen ausgehen.

Wait, cas(e)ing? yes, this means you copy what others do. You can copy exactly the same or make some small changes, or you can just copy the color combination, the technique, the layout or the concept. It is a great way to get inspiration going when you are running out of ideas.

Ich dürfte die wunderbaren Shel Anderson aus Kanada „ca(e)sen“. Ich habe mir ihren Blog angesehen und Inspiration aus ihre monatlichen Workshops gefunden und kam auf diese Idee:

I got to case the wonderful Shel Anderson from Canada. I took a look at her Blog and found great inspiration on her monthly classes and came out with this idea:

Ich habe diese Technik noch nie gemacht, hatte aber viel Spaß damit!

I have never done this technique before but had much fun playing with it:

Für meine Karte habe ich das Stempelset „Fantastfisch“ verwendet, um die Frontkarte zu stempeln. Dann habe ich die gestempelte Motive in 2 cm große Quadrate geschnitten (Hinweis für sich selbst: größere Quadrate schneiden!) Und auf der Vorderseite meiner Karte mit Dimensionals geklebt.

For my card I used the stamp set „Fantastfisch“ to stamp the front card. Then I cut it in 2cm squares (note to self: cut bigger squares!) and added to the front of my card with stampin‘ dimensionals to give it dimension.

Ich habe dann eine Etikett mit der Stanzformen „So hübsch bestickt“ ausgestanzt. Mit der Holzaccessoires aus der „Ganz mein Geschmack“ Reihe noch dekoriert. Die Liste mit alle Produkte und der Link zum Online-Shop findet ihr ganz unten am Ende dieses Beitrags.

I then used the „so hübsch bestickt“ dies to cut out a tag for my sentiment. Used the wooden accessories from „ganz mein Geschmack“ to finish decorating it. The list with the products and the link to the online shop are on the bottom of this post.
